The film opens in Albania, where Murad Hoxha, the father of the sex trafficker Bryan killed with electricity in the first film, mourns at his son's grave. He swears a blood oath of vengeance. Bryan eventually corners Murad. In a moment of weary reflection, Bryan offers Murad a chance: walk away and end the cycle of violence, or die. Murad chooses to try and kill Bryan, forcing Bryan’s hand. The cycle ends with Murad’s death, and the family is finally reunited, though forever changed by the trauma.
