The 128x version balances high-quality, detailed textures without the severe performance costs or potential crashes associated with higher 256x or 512x resolutions on some systems.

A dedicated resource pack patch exists to make the Create mod look identical to the PureBDcraft cartoon style.

128x is generally considered a good "medium-high" resolution. If experiencing lag, 64x is a recommended alternative.
