There was the Peer Fortress, towering and armored in iron; the Aster Crow, wielding a massive scythe; and the Marginal Maze, clutching a glowing codex.
It was no ordinary lantern. Within its housing resided the Wandering Soul—the disembodied essence of an interdimensional explorer, and Eureka’s only bridge to the abyss below.
